What is an Auto Dialler?
An autodialler is an addon to a VoIP system that automatically dials telephone numbers. Once the call has been answered, it will connects the line to an available member of your call centre team.
Developed exclusively by Smart VoIP, our fully interactive Auto-Dialler system has been designed specifically with the modern call centre in mind. The system provides the facility to create campaigns to which you can assign agents, time parameters and date call parameters. You then select the scoring options for individual campaigns.
Data can be bulk uploaded in a standard format and a full reporting suite enables you to view or download call information as required.
Do I Need a CRM System Too?
Unlike other Auto Diallers, there is no need to equip your agents with expensive computer terminals that connect to a separate CRM.
All of the call information is displayed on our Smart VoIP telephone handsets, with scoring options presented to the agent at the end of the call via an interactive voice menu.
