The system provides the facility to create campaigns to which you can assign agents, time parameters and date call parameters.
You then select the scoring options for individual campaigns.
Data can be bulk uploaded in a standard format and a full reporting suite enables you to view or download call data as required.
Do I need a CRM system too?
Unlike other Auto Diallers, there is no need to equip your agents with expensive computer terminals.
All of the call information is displayed on our Smart VoIP telephone handsets and scoring options are presented to the agent at the end of the call via an interactive voice menu.
